3 Mar 2002This is so surreal to me, the banner headline in Friday's Washington Post makes it look like I am the editor! Notice that this is in preparation for a terrorist nuclear scenario, that it involves only executive agency personnel, that they are isolated from their families, and that they have been in charge of Continuity of Government -- COG since September 11 (this is just what I meant about FEMA, DOD and NSC running the country since then). I am sure that one of the two facilites south of here is the old Command and Control Center at Bluemont, Virginia, a place my mother called "the little Pentagon", buried into the Blue Ridge mountains.
Note also that legal authority has already been signed over by Treasury and Justice (read: money and courts) and that Department of Defense and Office of Management and Budget (read: Pentagon/military and government budget) are central to the operation. They mention the "federal regions" of FEMA, without signalling the agency control.
Combining this with the article about US "beef-up" of security against a terrorist nuclear weapon doesn't make me feel safe for some reason. Maybe it's because I know they have been planning for just such an incident intensely for 25 years or more, with full martial law following such an event. I know, I know, the "shadow government" is really just benign and has all our interests at heart, right? Sleep tight!

3 Mar 2002Oh, this is choice! Let me wipe away my tears from laughing. The Democratic leadership was never informed and the Republican leadership "are not sure if they knew"?? C'mon! Note that Vice-President Cheney was in the bunkers too, the "undisclosed location" for several months now. Also note in the original piece that it was to insure Constitutional succession of power. Then note that the next in line beyond him, the Speaker of the House, was not notified of these developments. OK, now ask yourself, with Bush and the Congress, which to this day cannot get a piece of mail from the citizens, and the Supreme Court here in DC and with Dick Cheney and the senior management in the bunkers, which do you think is the "Shadow Government"?
In the second week after the attack one White House spokesperson said this war might go on "into the second Bush administration". Are they going to bother with an election next time around? They didn't last time, after all. And as for continuity of Congress, forget it. The plan being discussed after September 11 was to have the body replaced by state governor's appointments, regardless of party affiliation, if they were all blown to smithereens. It's only a coincidence that they are in the vast majority Republicans, but that of course would not influence their choices.

Individual companies who make profits from antidotes did not need to go to such lengths for sales. Their DOD/DIA connections assure their profits in any case. It is useful to know these links, though some, like Bioport, are still weak I think. The trail leads to the gate of Ft. Dietrich and the DIA. Let's take it there, not to lone nuts and corporate greed. The DIA announced September 9 that it had produced the "next generation" of weaponized anthrax, which was illegal, but also clearly was what was mailed out. The timing was on the eve of passage of the Patriot Act to the offices of its main opponents.

Perhaps the deeper question is whether this plan, which clearly the Pakistani ISI knew of and Osama must have, the precipitating factor for the 9-11 attack rather than the other way around? Like the oil blockade on Japan giving their militarist class an excuse to plan Pearl Harbor, which we also knew was coming and stood down in the face of to get into world war. Did September 11 lead to the war in Afghanistan or was it the other way around?

This is another good, informative piece. Interestingly, to me, at least, is mentioned the Ritchie Brothers and Delta Oil. They seem to imply, if I've read it correctly (it wasn't/isn't quite clear to me), that Delta and Bridas had a partnership. But, that's incorrect. Delta (and Nimir), I might add, are listed together in all the offiical documents in conjunction with Unocal, the overall consortium. When Unocal "left," Delta remained, altho, Nimir appeared to drop from any official pronouncement. Nimir's disappearance from official statements is, so far, a totally mystery to me. That is, I've found no printed material making note or reference to this event, or, non-event. It just "dropped away," seemingly, at least. And, when Delta remained,they were ostensibly looking for an "international" partner in terms of getting international funding.
Anyway, this piece just adds more to the jigsaw puzzle. Another aspect of this report I find particularly interesting is that Clinton's apparently successful plan regarding Osama was thwarted by the Pakistani coup. I, personally, do believe Clinton was intentionally sabotaged, just like Carter, previously, regarding the Iran hostages. The Saudi-Bush-Pakistan intelligence connections in this instance are very important. It's not hard to imagine they were used to foil this plot. Also, the involvement of McFarlane, as well; remember, previously, Haig, Kissinger, etc. in this gold/oil rush. This is but one of a number of interesting articles on their website, and, as I've indicated, merely adds to the puzzle palace.

The fact that the public is discussing this one is new, and that the current fight-promotion press got it out. The countries named are logical extensions of the global war going on, but they are diplomatically and politically embarassing. Perhaps they wanted the warning leaked, after all why have a posture nobody can see. The return to "tactical" level nuclear weapons, which consider "battlefield" nukes the size of Hiroshima bombs to be functional, including some sent from hand held launchers, is disturbing, but not new. Did these boys ever meet a weapon they didn't like?

27 Mar 2002This page brings out details of the French book Bin Laden: The Hidden Truth, which now has an English translation out. Some intriguing details here.
However, at its bottom, this page links back to a larger article on September 11 [The World Trade Center Demolition and the So-Called War on Terrorism referred to below as "WTCD" --ratitor] that is replete with information and disinformation, and it's right wing and anti-semitic biases are just below the surface of the text.
It (WTCD) poses that the plane crashes and fires did not demolish the Towers, but controlled demolition did, and that the planes were flown by remote control into the targets. Both claims have some feasibility, but this article is not providing researched, scientific or engineering proof, only speculations. It does link to more information on some of those items.
However, the [WTCD] article is marked by claims that the purchase of the building by Larry Silverstein somehow allowed a "Mossad-trained" security force to control the building and set up the demolition (he's Jewish after all), it lists levels of civilian death in the past for comparison purposes, but focuses first on Stalin not Hitler, and undercounts seriously Native American genocide figures here, never mentioning Black slavery genocide, for instance.
It asserts the usual "plot to destroy the Republic" by the One World government forces (do they need to say Jews any more?) and even goes further suggesting that some evil extraterrestrial alien force is the source of man's inhumanity to man over centuries.
At the same time it borrows from progressive critiques on coroporate and US policy deaths abroad, then says we had this coming. It exonerates the alleged perpetrators as patsies in a controlled scenario, planned out to benefit Israel.
Here's the bottom line of what America should do:
"America could see this painful strike at her Wall Street and her Pentagon, as the last call to repent. She should change her advisers, and build her relations with the world afresh, on equal footing. Probably she should rein in the domination-obsessed Jewish supremacist elites of Wall Street and media, part company with Israeli apartheid."Get it? This is the way disinformation works. No one takes credit for this article, but the mentality of the author is clear enough.

31 Mar 2002As I recall, Oliver North said the terrorist he built the fence and security system to protect himself from was Abu Nidal, who was actually buying arms through international connections of North's company operations. So I used to call him "Abu Giman", meaning a boogey man. I also used to say that the fence was to protect North from the American people if we ever found out all he was up to.
It would come as no surprise to me that North also knew Osama bin Laden, since William Casey also funded that covert operation in Afghanistan for years. North and crew were doing "strategy of tension" stuff way back then, creating phony terror threats to justify covert ops and intelligence/military funding. But bin Laden was in our pocket then, and still is, so no threat to North.
It is also interesting to me that the head of Pakistani intelligence, the ISI, who was removed last October, Mr. Mahmoud, for having too close a tie to bin Laden, had been the main conduit for CIA funding to bin Laden for years. On September 4th, just before the attacks, he was in the US meeting at Langley with his CIA connections and at the State Department meeting with Richard Armitage, part of the old North network.
In addition to his ties to bin Laden, Mahmoud was specifically suspected for having passed $100,000 to Mohammed Atta, the alleged "mastermind" of 9-11, in August. Atta, it turns out, spent some time in Sarasota, Florida, living with other "plotters" in the home of a former Iran-Contra pilot there. If bin Laden's name appears in North's testimony it should be easy enough to find.

What a difference 14 Years Makes
Do you remember this?? It was 1987!
At a lecture the other day they played an old news video of Lt. Col. Oliver North testifying at the Iran-Contra hearings during the Reagan Administration.
There was Ollie in front of God and country getting the third degree, but what he said was stunning! He was being drilled by some senator; "Did you not recently spend close to $60,000 for a home security system?" Ollie replied, "Yes, I did, Sir."
The senator continued, trying to get a laugh out of the audience, "Isn't that just a little excessive?"
"No, sir,"continued Ollie. "No? And why not?" the senator asked. "Because," said Ollie, "the lives of my family and I were threatened, sir."
"Threatened? By whom?" the senator questioned.
"By a terrorist, sir," Ollie answered.
"Terrorist? What terrorist could possibly scare you that much?"
"His name is Osama bin Laden, sir" Ollie replied.
At this point the senator tried to repeat the name, but couldn't pronounce it, which most people back then probably couldn't.
A couple of people laughed at the attempt. Then the senator continued.
"Why are you so afraid of this man?" the senator asked.
"Because, sir, he is the most evil person alive that I know of," Ollie answered.
"And what do you recommend we do about him?" asked the senator.
"Well, sir, if it was up to me, I would recommend that an assassin team be formed to eliminate him and his men from the face of the earth."
The senator disagreed with this approach, and that was all that was shown of the clip.
