Kennedy (U.S. Government Printing Office, 1964) —commonly known as The Warren Report—are designated by the symbol “WR” followed by the page number. References to testimony found in the Hearings—i.e., Hearings Before the President’s Commission on the Assassination of President John F. Kennedy (U.S. Government Printing Office, 1964)—are designated by an “H” followed by the volume number and the page number. References to exhibits in the Hearings volumes are designated by the name and number of the exhibit. “H,” and the volume and page numbers. Exhibits on the Warren Report are designated by “CE”—for Commission Exhibit—followed by the number of the exhibit and sometimes by a page reference when an exhibit is of more than one page. References to Warren Commission documents are designated “CD” followed by the number.
